<p>Public Knowledge Project (PKP), the creators of Open Journal Systems (OJS), the publishing platform used by <em>Pennsylvania Libraries: Research &amp; Practice,</em> has created some nifty online tutorials to help you submit an article for consideration.</p> <p>The first thing a potential author needs to do is <strong>become a registered user</strong> of the <em>PaLRaP</em> site. During the registration process, you'll be able register as both a reader and an author. You <strong>must</strong> be registered as author in order to submit an article to <em>PaLRaP.</em></p> <p><a href="https://youtu.be/AJwDWdAu8BQ?t=27" target="_blank" rel="noopener">This tutorial</a> will guide you through the submission process, illustrating how to create an author account and how to submit a manuscript for editorial consideration to an OJS journal.</p> <p>Not fond of viewing online tutorials?
